Born in 1943, Lisa Law grew up in Burbank, California in a middle class family consisting of her father, Lee Bachelis, a furrier, her mother, Selma Mikels, an attorney, and two brothers, Gregory Frank and Guy. After a year and half at John Burrows High School in Burbank, she attended Galileo High School in San Francisco, California for her last semester and a half of school.
